On Friday and Saturday you can fly in a hot air balloon in Suhopolje, together with an exhibition of local producers and a gastronomic offer, you will see what it looks like when „the count marries“

Virovitica-Podravina County, in cooperation with Public institution for management of protected parts of nature and ecological network of Virovitica-Podravina County and SEFAG Forest Management and Wood Industry Share Co., on Friday 18^th and Saturday 19^th October, 2019, organizes the Festival in Suhopolje (Park within the Visitor center Janković Castle), as part of the project „Common tourism development of natural and cultural assets of Suhopolje-Noskovačka Dubrava-Zselic Starry Park“.

In two days, visitors can expect creative workshops, a hot air balloon flights, a tour of the protected park within the Visitor center – Janković Castle in Suhopolje, and the performance of the Contesse, vocal ensemble from Suhopolje. There will also be a play entitled „The Count is getting married“, performed by the youngest members of the Cultural association KReativa, EDukativa, Aktiva – KREDA, as well as an exhibition of local products from local producers (gastro and creative handicrafts) in the Janković Castle in Suhopolje, with an inevitable gastronomic offer. The program begins on Friday, October 18^th from 4 p.m.

The Tourism 4 All project was submitted under the Interreg V-A Hungary-Croatia Cross-border Co-operation Programme 2014-2020, with a total value of EU contribution 1.274.757,11 EUR. Virovitica-Podravina County is leading beneficiary of the project and partners are: SEFAG Forest Management and WOOD Industry Share Co. from Hungary and Public institution for management of protected parts of nature and ecological network of Virovitica-Podravina County. The project was written by Regional Development Agency VIDRA.
